Where your order comes from: we work with fulfillment partners. Some items ship from a warehouse in the United States and others ship from our partner's warehouse in China, so delivery times differ by product. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Delivery time: each product page shows where the item ships from and an estimated delivery window. It's an estimate based on our partners' usual timings, not a guarantee. If you need something by a certain date, contact us before you order and we'll tell you honestly what to expect.
Tracking: once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.
