Refund policy

Damaged, faulty or wrong item: contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Changed your mind: you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, faulty or wrong.

Hygiene: for hygiene reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns of snuffle mats or lick mats that have been used.

Refunds: approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.
