Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Snufflery online store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and descriptions: we describe products as accurately as we can, using the manufacturer's specifications. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from photos.

Prices and orders: prices are in US dollars. We can decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping and returns: see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Use of products: supervise your dog when they use any product, and follow the guidance on the product page.

Liability: to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes: we may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
