Will the suction cups stick anywhere?
Only on smooth, flat surfaces like tile, glass or a bathtub. They won't hold on wood, carpet or textured walls.
Is it safe for heavy chewers?
It's made for licking, not chewing. Supervise your dog and take it away if they start biting pieces off.
